Opening exterior wall to install an 8ft sliding door

Great need of light inside and extended leaving space outside where nature is.

The kitchen had no light and view.

So, we opened a big hole in the wall, install an 8ft sliding patio door.

We added pot lights inside, outside scones and re-wired new switches and plugs for ease of use.

What an improvement!! the light comes in, the view is beautiful and the access to the deck is easy and safe.

The existing patio door was leaking, we found a hent colony. Now that's all safe and sound
